Compton is co-founder and Co-CEO of Head Gear Films, Bankside Films, and Kreo Films, which are all involved in the finance, production, sales & distribution of feature films worldwide.

Over the last 22 years Compton has been involved in almost a $1bn of film production & has executive produced and/or produced over 330 films. Some of his credits include Belle, Hector & the Search for Happiness, Freeheld, X + Y, Pride Prejudice and Zombies, Black Mass, The Boy Who Harnessed the wind, The Man Who Knew Infinity, Talk to Me, Fisherman’s Friends, Tar, The Apprentice, and many more. These films featured many of the industry’s most successful & awarding winning, actors, writers, producers and directors.

Compton is a BAFTA voting member.

In addition to his work in the international film industry, Compton has also worked as a CEO in the International Oil & Gas Industry for 48 years.

He is a co-founder of the Metrol Technology Group. The Group is internationally recognised for its innovation & developments & is considered one the leading specialist service companies in the Oil & Gas industry.
